Testing Made Easy Delivery Information

Delivery usually takes place within 3 to 5 days of your order being dispatched, more often than not it is the next day after dispatch, but because we do not use a guaranteed next day delivery to keep costs down, we must advise it can be up to 5 days. If you would like to use a guaranteed next day delivery, please contact us prior to ordering, so as we can offer you a competitive price for this delivery service.

All delivery charges are based on the volumetric weight of your order. This means that although an items actual weight might be only 0.5kg, if the dimensions of that item where 30cm x 30cm x 30cm you would have a volumetric weight of 4.5kg. This is something beyond our control and the way delivery companies now charge for freight. Our online store is already programmed with the volumetric weight of each item, so you don’t need to worry about doing anything, but we don’t want you to be surprised when you receive an item that appears to weigh a lot less than it has been charged for.

UK delivery is a standard option for us, but there is a small surcharge for the remote postal areas of IM, HS and ZE, this again is beyond our control. We do also offer free delivery on all orders over £150.00 and this includes remote postal areas.

European delivery is also a standard option for us and our online store is set up to deal with this.

Worldwide delivery is certainly an option and we ship many packages all around the world every year. Delivery pricing worldwide is always an issue due to fluctuating exchange rates, so we would ask that you contact us prior to making an order if you are outside the UK or Europe, so that we can offer you the most competitive delivery charge.
